The Golden Passage

This article is a prophetic encounter experienced and shared by  Margie Moormann, prophetic speaker, author, and visionary of Still Waters Ministries:

I gaze at the stately, distinctive, green trees lining either side of the path I am on. I’m not able to identify what type of trees they are. Each branch is vibrant and alive. A delightful, sweet fragrance emitted from the trees fills my nostrils, suggesting what the aroma of heaven might be.

Visible on the path is a fountain of crystalline, sparkling, water. As the water dances in the fountain, it appears to be smiling with delight. What am I seeing?  Where am I? I try to grasp all that I am viewing, but I know I need to move on and discover what is ahead.

The path is red cobblestone. Each stone is outlined in a thick gold rim. As I step forward, rings of gold from my feet form a ripple pattern, pushing more gold out onto the path. This path is a wondrous, golden passage to somewhere unknown.

The path turns and I see an angel sitting on a bench of gold. Gold is everywhere! I’ve seen this angel before. The dress she is wearing is exquisite. The jewels, the fabric, the style has been designed specifically for her alone. She rises. Her white dress reminds me of a Viennese waltz dress. Every movement causes the dress to flow in splendor. She approaches me, smiling a familiar smile. It feels good to be close to her again. She brushes the train of her dress across me and I am enveloped in the most glorious, swirling array of fluorescent colors reflecting a Holy Light. The angel is with me. Has there been a sharp change in elevation? My shoulders and knees become weakened. I’m wondering if I will fall. She reaches out to steady me.

The sheets of colors continue to move in a whirling motion above and around me until they become mixed together as one lustrous, undiluted, incandescent color. I have never seen this color before. I cannot identify it. I’ve read there are over 5000 colors we see, but this is something new. The color whirls close, capturing me, and I am embedded into the vortex of this vibrantly ablaze coloration. With a shortened breath I ask her “What color is this?”

Truth tenderly flows from her lips “This is the true color of I AM.  All visible and invisible colors, all hues, all color values, all things perfectly completed together as one in His Glory is what you are experiencing.”

The color has substance. I am curious and touch the substance surrounding me. My body becomes entirely transformed into this undefinable color.

“This is who you are. This color is called The Bride of Christ.”

I am thinking how difficult it often is for the majority of His sons and daughters to see ourselves as Papa God sees us.

“We don’t seem to have the full understanding of being perfectly complete in Him. There’s always something we want to change about ourselves.”

“Watch what happens,” she replies.

With the train of her dress in hand, she pirouettes as a ballet dancer, creating an opening in the atmosphere for men, women and children to come into the perfect color of the Bride of Christ. Coming through this entrance are thousands upon thousands of persons colored in blue, followed by multitudes in yellow, countless numbers in green. Masses of people in orange and red are entering. Incalculable numbers in purple, in gold, in silver, in a polychrome of colors move in through the opening.

“These are those that see themselves with one or more characteristics of I AM. Jesus delights in their passion of co-laboring with Him. They are pleased to be operating and sharing in the characteristics they recognize. With His hand of love extended to each one, Jesus continuously desires to draw all even deeper into the knowledge of Him.”

“Will we ever realize we are capable of being the color of the completed Bride of Christ?”

“Watch again and see what transpires.” She moves the people together. Their colors begin swirling. The colors attract each other and they become One. “You need each other. As you come together, receiving insight and understanding from each other, you blend and unify, becoming the confluence of all that I AM is. You become the color of Jesus Himself. The Bride of Christ.is your color.”

Colossians 2:10  And our own completeness is now found in Him. We are completely filled with God as Christ’s fullness overflows within us. He is the Head of every kingdom and authority in the universe! (TPT)

Each person looks at themselves and weeps, discovering they are the new color of the strikingly beautiful Bride. Many fall prostrate on the ground. I deeply take in the sight of the completed Bride of Christ and begin weeping uncontrollably. What a glorious display of the heart of Papa God. As one voice, we break out in praise and thanksgiving to Him Who was, Who is, and Who is to come! We are divinely connected. We are so diverse, yet so One in Him.

“This is how Jesus sees His Bride. Not fragmented, but wholly, securely interlinked and interlocked. Now come with me to the Fountain” she says, leading us all on the path to the dancing waters.

“Jump in.”

We hesitate. “Don’t be afraid. Your identity in Him does not change. The water is sweetest in the fountain. The abundant Love of I AM is without interruption or cessation. Immerse yourselves in His Light of revelation, in His covenant relationship with you. Ask Him for comprehension of all the great subjects in His books. And as you receive freely from Him, give freely what you learn.”

Proverbs 13:14  When the lovers of God teach you truth, a fountain of life opens up within you. (TPT)

Psalm 36:9  To know You is to experience a flowing fountain, drinking in Your life, springing up to satisfy. In the light of Your holiness, we receive the light of revelation. (TPT)

We splash in the fountain. We laugh. We embrace each other. We join hands. LOVE binds us together. We need one another. Sitting in the pool of water, we begin sharing our experiences in Jesus. Eyes are opened. Revelation is flowing. Eagerness to know, understand and experience more is increasing. The color of the Bride of Christ is dazzling in the Fountain of Life!

The angel has been observing us as we draw closer to each other and to Him. She nods as if hearing something. Holding the train of her dress once again, she pirouettes over us and we find ourselves standing together on the cobblestone path. As we move, gold from our feet ripples out onto the path.

She waves a banner over us. It reads: Joshua 1:3. I will give you every place where you set your foot, as I promised Moses.

Together we raise our hands high in excitement as the banner confirms our heart’s cry for Holy Spirit to move through us, calling the earth into true relationship with Jesus. Does the angel see our reaction to the banner? We all look for her as the banner sweeps over us, but she is gone.

The wholeness I feel being one with Him and one with the Body of Christ is blissful and euphoric. None of us is called to be alone. There is coming a day when the Bride of Christ color permeates the earth. Our senses are becoming heightened and aware of this extraordinary, magnificent, awesome color beginning to settle on Papa God’s people.

I saw a television commercial by The Ford Motor Company. “Together we are better than we are alone.” I wonder if the company realizes they are professing Papa God’s heart.

Romans 12: 4-5  For as in one body we have many members and the members do not all have the same function, so we, though many, are one body in Christ, and individually members one of another. (TPT)

1 Corinthians 12:27  You are the body of the Anointed One, and each of you is a unique and vital part of it. (TPT)

Romans 12:5  So in Christ we, though many, form one body, and each member belongs to all the others. (NIV)

A Bible Overflowing With Oil From Heaven

*Disclaimer: Neither The Rising Light nor Shelemah own the Bible with flowing oil and are unable to send you oil. Contact information on how to obtain a vial if interested is at the end of this post. Please do not contact The Rising Light nor Shelemah requesting oil.*

God is doing miracles in the earth, and we are living in a time where these miracles are growing increasingly extravagant. The Rising Light has featured other articles before about oil, manna, gemstones, and even feathers, but I am excited to share this one with you because not only is it a spectacular miracle, but it is current and ongoing.

I was introduced to this particular miracle manifestation via Leah, an inner healing practitioner and owner of Shelemah.com. I was introduced to Leah by a mutual friend.  She visited Dalton, Georgia where there is a bible that is literally dripping and flowing with oil from heaven. I spoke with Leah about this, and was very excited to hear about the miracle as I am writing the book “Oil From Heaven” to bring wisdom and revelation on this very miracle.  She wrote a blog article about her experience back when it happened in May of 2017, titled “A Bible Dripping With Oil”, and she has given me permission to share her article here.  If you want to read the original article and/or visit her site you can click on the title above.

——————————————————————————-

“Yesterday I went on a little adventure. The previous night a friend across the country heard rumor of prayer room walls and a Bible dripping with oil just a few hours from me. A few texts back and forth and she had me connected with a new friend who is a part of the community where this sign and wonder is taking place and I was headed on road trip to meet this beautiful community.

In the back of a little gift shop in Dalton, Georgia there is a prayer room. For the past two years people have gathered there to pray for their city, region, and each other and intermittently oil has dripped from the walls. January 27th of this year one of those prayer warriors, Jerry, noticed his Bible was dripping with oil. Starting with Psalm 39 it spread over the next few days through the rest of the Old Testament, the New Testament, and the concordance. Then the oil started back in Genesis and spread till it covered the whole Bible.

dripping flowing oil bible dalton georgia holy spirit presence faith healing power love signs miraclesWhen he realized the oil wasn’t going to stop, Jerry put the Bible in a ziploc bag at first, but as the oil continued, he had to size up to larger and larger containers. The bucket he now keeps it in continues to refill. God told him early on that as long as he gives the oil away freely and does not sell it, the oil will continue to flow. And so in the back of this little gift shop he gives away vials of oil and invites people to dip their hands in it.

He sent a sample of the oil to a chemist who says it is most similar to mineral oil, but that it isn’t mineral oil. It’s totally colorless and odorless and according to the chemist unexplainable.

The little gathering in the back of this gift shop was such a sweet place of love and fellowship. Thirty or so people were there praying for one another, giving prophetic words, and sharing testimonies of healing. They are quick to tell you that it is God, not the oil that is healing people, but there are multiple testimonies of how God has used the oil to heal people of cancer, skin rashes, and other diseases. This news article also reports Jerry’s testimony of the oil as it was told to me when I visited.

When I dipped my hands in the oil it continued to multiply on my dripping flowing oil from heaven bible dalton georgia holy spirit presence faith healing power love signs miracleshands. My new friend tells me that they have seen this a few times before and it seems to be related to a healing gifting. The feeling of the oil getting heavier on my hands as the quantity of it grew was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. It was like the opposite of feeling something dry on your hands. The oil is the thickest I’ve ever seen, similar to castor oil, but is light, silky smooth, odorless, and colorless. Jerry eventually gave me a towel to wipe most of it off and it stopped multiplying but even as I sit here a day later typing I can still see the shiny residue from it on my hands.

Seeing the Bible dripping with oil was an amazing experience that deepened my awe and wonder of what Jesus can do. It really does mess with your head to see something so unexplainable but that clearly is happening. As I have talked with God about the oil and about why this particular sign for our region, He has reminded me how the Bible Belt has often held a trinity of Father, Son, Holy Bible. What better place for Holy Spirit to show up and make Himself known.

Signs and wonders like this are actually more common than we realize but I believe the two extreme responses they tend to get are why we don’t hear of them more often. On one extreme people deny it totally and cling to a cessationist belief that miracles, signs, wonders– basically anything to do with the Holy Spirit stopped with the Bible and it is wrong to believe those things could happen now.

On the other extreme you have people that begin to obsess with the sign and wonder itself, attributing power and significance to it that was never meant to be there. This extreme is the folks that start calling and emailing me insisting they need the oil for themselves (without even reading this article to see that I’m not the right person to call/email). They place their faith in the oil instead of the Giver of the oil. This extreme is also why I have purposely withheld the name of the gift shop and Jerry’s personal contact information.

Yes, oil dripping out a Bible is pretty cool. Yes, I believe the oil is a manifestation of the presence of God. But, if you feel like you need a vial of the oil to pray for healing or experience God’s presence that’s a problem. God does not need the oil to heal. He does not need the oil to make His presence known. And you don’t need it either. If you feel a desperation for the oil itself, go to the Source of the oil in prayer. Don’t just seek out the earthly source carrying it right now. A sign and wonder is supposed to draw you into closer relationship with the Giver of the sign, not create an unhealthy desire in you to possess the sign for yourself. There’s nothing wrong with thinking it would be cool to get some of the oil and wanting to see it for yourself. But it becomes unhealthy if you feel incomplete without the oil.”

——————————————————————————-

If you want to find out more about the oil, please do not contact myself or Leah, the guest author of this blog. Neither of us have the oil-Bible, nor are we in possession of any significant quantity of oil from this Bible. Contact them via their website (www.hisnameisflowingoil.org) on their contact page, or via the Flowing Oil page on Facebook. They also show the events where Jerry, the man who owns the bible dripping with oil, will be present, and you can contact them from there to request the oil. Alternately, you may email flowingoil01272017@gmail.com.  They are offering this service free—please consider offering a donation to help cover the cost of shipping the oil, for the time associated with bottling and mailing it, and to help cover costs as they travel around and minister.

Praying Medic has mentioned that he plans to make additional courses in the future on hearing God’s voice, seeing in the spirit, and more, so stay tuned for future updates on new and exciting opportunities to learn how to share God’s love with demonstrations of the Spirit’s power.

For those who are unfamiliar with Praying Medic, he has been a Paramedic for over three decades.  In 2000, while an atheist, he encountered Jesus in the bunk room of a fire station and that encounter radically changed the course of his life.  In 2008 the Lord spoke to him in a dream and told the Medic that He would heal his patients if he would be faithful to pray for them.  Praying Medic didn’t believe in healing at the time, but he began to pray.  In 2009 he began a blog, the Mobile Intensive Prayer Unit, to chronicle the work God was doing through healing and miracles around the world, as well as to share some of his own experiences of learning to move in healing and miracles.  Eventually he moved over to PrayingMedic.com.  After blogging for years, he published his first book in 2013 called Divine Healing Made Simple, and in 2016 he appeared on Sid Roth’s show Its Supernatural (the video is below).

He often writes about healing, but also covers dreams, deliverance, hearing God and seeing in the spirit, spiritual travel, politics and economics, and more.  He infrequently speaks at conferences and other training events, preferring to focus on writing books, podcasting, and now teaching online courses.

Are Those Orbs Really Angels?

The following is a guest post by missionary and author Jonathan Brenneman.  His website is Go To Heaven Now, and you can read more about him here.

Orbs And Angels

I can’t remember when somebody first showed me a picture of an “orb.” “Orbs” are spheres of light that sometimes show up in photos. Many people told me they were angels. I wasn’t so sure. How could I be sure they weren’t just specks of dust or something else like that?
I wasn’t a total skeptic. I just wasn’t sure what to think. I’d been experiencing more and more angelic activity. I often prayed for people without touching them, yet they felt a hand on their body. I knew that the Bible says angels are ministering spirits, sent by God to serve us. But it seemed like there could easily be a natural explanation for the orbs as well.

Doing Experiments With Orbs

By the time of my first trip to Russia, I had become heavily involved in healing ministry. I wanted to see God’s glory manifested on this trip! I’d spent quite a while praying for the upcoming time in Russia. This was a youth group trip. I was one of the leaders, only a few years older than most of the youth. Many friends were also praying for our group.

We started noticing the orbs in photos on our first night in Russia. They only showed up in pictures. Were these really angels, or just something else?

I decided we should try experimenting. If these were specks up dust on the lens of the camera, they should show up in about the same place in different pictures. So we took different pictures in different places and compared them. The orbs showed up in different parts of the pictures.

But what if they were just something in the air? We started praying and declaring praise to God, then taking pictures to see where the orbs showed up. And yes, it seemed like they were concentrated around the people who were praying! I began to take the possibility that they might be angels more seriously.

Ministering To Russian Grandmothers

We soon got the chance to minister to a group of Russian “babushki.” “Babushki” are grandmothers. Many of these senior ladies had lived through World War Two and Hitler’s siege on Leningrad. (Now St. Petersburg.)

I was excited for the chance to share a testimony. Not so long before this trip to Russia, I’d prayed for an 86-year old lady in the United States whom the doctor had given 6 weeks to live. God healed her of multiple problems. It was a perfect testimony to share with these Russian grandmothers! I shared this testimony and a few scriptures like Psalm 103:2-5

Psalm 103:2-5 (NRSV) Bless the Lord, O my soul, and do not forget all his benefits— who forgives all your iniquity, who heals all your diseases, who redeems your life from the Pit, who crowns you with steadfast love and mercy, who satisfies you with good as long as you live so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s.

Then we began ministering to the old ladies. I laid my hands on a lady who was deaf in one ear. Her hearing returned in that ear! What joy!
The youth began ministering to other ladies. A young girl in our group laid her hands on one of the grandmother’s knees. Soon the old lady, in her 80’s, was jumping up and down. She was waving her hands in the air, and shouting “Glory to God!” (Slava Bogu!) in Russian. (Wow, I just felt my knees get all tingly as I am writing.) She had barely been able to walk because her knees were so bad. When the young girl laid hands on her knees, they got really hot and all the pain left.

The love of God that we felt on that trip was probably greater than most of us had ever experienced before. It felt like the air was thick with God’s love. And guess what we found in the pictures? Orbs, which seemed to be in the middle of all the spiritual activity.
The top picture is of our translator who ministered regularly to these grandmothers. You can see a ball of light in the picture, just above her forehead. The picture underneath is the young girl praying with the grandmother whose knees were healed and with another old lady. They were weeping because of the love they felt. You can see a ball of light right above the young girl’s head.

The picture below is from another one of my trips to Russia. I spoke and shared testimonies in different house meetings around St. Petersburg on that trip. This was one of those meetings. On all three of my trips to Russia, I was so aware of God’s presence that I often physically sensed it as a current of love flowing through my body. These trips were bathed in prayer. You can see all the orbs in the air at this meeting in a Russian apartment. I’m the dude with the orange shirt.

Why Talk So Much About Angels?

Maybe you think the orbs in these pictures are angels. Maybe you’re not quite convinced yet. I can’t completely prove it, but by now I’m pretty sure that the ones in these pictures were some kind of angelic manifestation showing up.

So what’s the big deal? After all, we shouldn’t worship angels.
Of course we shouldn’t worship angels! But we do talk about them, because the Bible talks about them. The Bible teaches that God has chosen to have angels partner with him to do his work, just as he has also chosen to have people partner with him.

God sends angels to minister to us, and that should encourage us! When we realize that God sends angels in response to our prayers and when we speak or act in faith, we will pray so much more. This encourages us to act and to share God’s love with people. The Bible says that even Jesus received angelic ministry after his temptation in the wilderness and in the garden of Gethsemane. How much more should we also thank God for sending angels to minister to us?

Teleportation and Spirit Travel – Part 3

This is Part 3 of a blog series by Daniel Lovett, a musician, writer, and follower of Christ. It was first featured on his blog, DanielLovett.com If you haven’t read it already, check out Part 1 here and Part 2 here.

Missionaries teleporting across a raging river that they didn’t know how they would forge. A servant of God without a passport instructed by God to go into an airport bathroom in one city, worship God, and exit the bathroom in another city. A brother in Christ raising his hands and closing his eyes while leading a worship gathering in Florida opens his eyes to find himself in an elevator in China. A pastor while praying shoots up out of his body and spirit travels halfway across the world to pray for and release blessing and healing for someone. A man flying over Europe and down through the roof into an apartment acting as a comforting angel to a little girl. Chinese officials surrounding a meeting to capture the organizer for the event and the Holy Spirit whisks him hundreds of miles away.

These are just a few of the stories of what believers are experiencing around the world today.

Screen Shot 2017-04-29 at 12.45.12 PM

My own journey in this started pretty young for me. I have a vague memory of flying to Mongolia as a child as a “missionary”. Or more recently flying over the ocean heading north toward England and being shown a man rock climbing simply for the sole purpose of praying for him:

In my dream I saw England and was flying over the sea toward it. It appeared as a hologram taking shape before me with all its topography (the lay of the land) and my attention was drawn to an area where people do rock climbing near the center of the country: http://www.climb-europe.com/RockClimbingEngland/Peak-District.html – and particularly toward one man who was ascending a small cliff face at that very moment.

I woke up and prayed for him.

I never knew the topography of England before. I went and checked topography maps on the internet and it was the same!

Was it “just a dream”? The word just is a four letter word we should use sparingly, don’t you think? What are you? Are you just a human? What does it mean to be human?

Before proceeding to read the rest of the article below, if you haven’t done so already, please read:

Teleportation and Spirit Travel is a subject of particular interest to me. I can’t help but be fascinated that this stuff is real (which doesn’t necessarily make it always “good”) and can and is being employed by God and also (and perhaps a great deal more) by the dark side.

I have met and talked with many people who have experienced some pretty wild supernatural experiences with God. I’ve had some experiences myself.

I am here to interact with my fellow supernatural brothers and sisters in Christ and I refuse to allow ill-founded judgements to continue any longer. I am tired of being marginalized or viewed with suspicion or rejected by others for attempting to believe the Bible and exploring what it means to be a supernatural Christ follower.

Didn’t Jesus say we would do what he has done and even greater works?

“Truly, truly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do, he will do also; and greater works than these he will do; because I go to the Father. 13 Whatever you ask in My name, that will I do, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son. 14 If you ask Me anything in My name, I will do it.” John 14:12-14

Do we believe him?

I hope to open up the subject for discussion so we can all grow. Is this something Jesus has for his body to do? How do you know those dreams you discounted or don’t remember weren’t real?

I hope to inspire people with the truth that a relationship with God can be the most mysterious and most fun experience you could ever possibly dream of having. I was first attracted to Christianity because a Sunday school teacher wasn’t afraid to entertain the idea that aliens might very well exist. Her faith wasn’t threatened by all the other things that could be true in this mysterious universe.

I believe very strongly in the brotherhood and acceptance of the family of God even though we are quite a diverse bunch and we all have holes in our theology -two in the hands, two in the feet, and one in His side! We are all working toward becoming the One New Man (as the Scriptures put it) under the tutelage and guidance of Yeshua (Jesus – The Word of God), the Holy Scriptures (the word of God), and the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is paramount in understanding and experiencing the things of God. Without him the things of God seem like foolishness.

“But people who aren’t spiritual can’t receive these truths from God’s Spirit. It all sounds foolish to them and they can’t understand it, for only those who are spiritual can understand what the Spirit means.” 1 Corinthians 2:14 (NLT)

I am telling you right now that sometimes some of the most learned Biblical scholars and “experts in the words of God” can sometimes be some of the most unspiritual people. Jesus bears witness to this time and again:

Jesus prayed, “O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, thank you for hiding these things from those who think themselves wise and clever, and for revealing them to the childlike. Yes, Father, it pleased you to do it this way!
My Father has entrusted everything to me. No one truly knows the Son except the Father, and no one truly knows the Father except the Son and those to whom the Son chooses to reveal him.” Matthew 11:25-27 NLT

Reveal yourself to us Jesus!

Jesus said that for you to experience the kingdom you must become childlike. Open hearted, trusting, receiving, dependent children of God are the ones who get into the kingdom now and experience it… now!

Then he said, “I tell you the truth, unless you turn from your sins and become like little children, you will never get into the Kingdom of Heaven.” – Jesus, Matthew 18:3 NLT

Jesus in this passage brings up another important point. Unless you turn from your sins you will not inherit the kingdom.

“Or do you not know that wrongdoers will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor men who have sex with men nor thieves nor the greedy nor drunkards nor slanderers nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God. And that is what some of you were. But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God.” 1 Corinthians 6:9-11

You will never participate in kingdom life (which may include legitimate spirit travel and teleporting) if you stubbornly cling to sins that Jesus died to set you free from (the devil will offer you illegitimate experiences if you choose to follow him), but if you confess and forsake your sins, you will find forgiveness and be cleansed from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9), and be fit for the kingdom’s work. Peter writes to “prepare your minds for action” because life in his kingdom is a flurry of holy and wonderful and downright exciting activity!

“Therefore, prepare your minds for action, keep sober in spirit, fix your hope completely on the grace to be brought to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ. As obedient children, do not be conformed to the former lusts which were yours in your ignorance, but like the Holy One who called you, be holy yourselves also in all your behavior; because it is written, “YOU SHALL BE HOLY, FOR I AM HOLY.”” 1 Peter 1:13-16 NASB

Yes, you get to experience the kingdom of heaven NOW… and I was about to write, ‘not just when you die’, but, in fact, I suppose you have already died in Christ on the cross as the Scriptures say and now it is Your Father’s good pleasure to give you the kingdom! So yes, you must be holy! I came across a Scripture recently in Ezekiel 43:12 “And this is the basic law of the Temple: absolute holiness!”

Don’t fret! Absolute holiness is something the Holy Spirit does for you as you allow him to and as you are willing to surrender to God and part ways with your sin! You, the believer in the Lord Jesus Christ, are His Holy Temple in which God now resides! He has surrounded his temple with fire and filled you with his glory!

Holy means to be “set apart”, to be consecrated, to be wholly devoted. To be 100% his. To surrender ALL. This is what the Bible says is our Spiritual act of worship, our reasonable response to God is to give ourselves, specifically our bodies/temples, to him.  This is the true way to worship him (see Romans 12:1-2). So now the kingdom’s power can and will be unleashed in your life. Prepare yourself for a great deal of excitement and joy!

Christ (which means “Anointing”) refers not only to Jesus himself but also to the Holy Spirit, our Teacher. The Holy Spirit’s job is to teach us and lead us into all truth (Truth=Jesus). He and He Alone is our Teacher. Of course He will often teach us through those whom he gifts as teachers to the church but they are not THE Teacher, the Holy Spirit is. The Bible says, “Let anyone who speaks, speak the oracles of God.” God, the Holy Spirit can speak through you. It’s the only way teaching ought to happen in the church. Here are a few Scriptures that point to what I’m saying:

Jesus said, “But you are not to be called ‘Rabbi,’ for you have one Teacher, and you are all brothers. And do not call anyone on earth ‘father,’ for you have one Father, and he is in heaven. Nor are you to be called instructors, for you have one Instructor, the Messiah (or Christ).” Matthew 23:8-10 NIV

“…for the Holy One has given you his Spirit, and all of you know the truth.” 1 John 2:20 NLT

“But you have received the Holy Spirit, and he lives within you, so you don’t need anyone to teach you what is true. For the Spirit teaches you everything you need to know, and what he teaches is true–it is not a lie. So just as he has taught you, remain in fellowship with Christ.” 1 John 2:27 NLT

“But when the Father sends the Advocate as my representative–that is, the Holy Spirit–he will teach you everything and will remind you of everything I have told you.” John 14:26 NLT

These Scriptures reveal that the Holy Spirit is our source for all things spiritual. He is our “spirit guide”.

So how do we Teleport and spirit travel?  It should go without saying that our primary pursuit is not the stuff we get to do in the kingdom (miracles, healings, and possibly even teleporting) but to pursue the King Himself! If Jesus is not our first love, then we have fallen from a great height!

I am not interested in diverting people’s attention from Christ and the Gospel.

This loving relationship with Papa, Son, and Holy Spirit is what we were all made for! If we miss that, then we miss everything! I’ll say it again, if we aren’t grounded in our intimate union with the Trinity, then we are missing what we are made for!

Pray with me:

Holy Spirit, will you help me to receive the Love that Papa, Jesus and you have for me? Will you restore me to my first love? Bathe me right now in your liquid love that I may become infused with love and compassion for others and grow in affection for Jesus. Help me to grow into the realization of who Christ is in me and who I am in you and all that you pulled off for us at the cross and resurrection.

I tend to believe that our desires to experience more of the supernatural are in you for a reason. Pray for it! I think the Lord appreciates us taking a little initiative and gumption and going for something that we are interested in. Research and seek the Lord about these matters and launch into the deep with God!

As William G.T. Shedd said:

‘A ship is safe in harbor, but that’s not what ships are for.’

Jesus promised that if you ask and keep on asking you will receive, seek and keep on seeking and you will find, knock and keep on knocking the door will be opened.

So do this. He will not disappoint if our hearts are pure and sincere.

A few Christians who have experienced teleporting and spirit travel.

Check out the following interview and testimony of Bruce Allen who I believe God specifically chose to bring this message to the church.

If you are interested to find some stories of Christians having these kind of adventures, I would recommend watching Sid Roth (search YouTube) who investigates and interviews those with these kinds of stories.

And this free book, Adventures in God, by John G Lake hosted right here on this blog! He spirit travels at least three times in this book and it is quite a fascinating read!

Ian Clayton shares his experience  – Ian really loves Jesus, he really loves the Holy Spirit, and he really loves our PAPA!

He talked about being teleported around the world to help others in need. He had stories like helping a woman and her kids find safety in a war zone to visiting and healing a Christian brother who had just been tortured for his faith in a Muslim prison. While this may sound crazy to the uninitiated, if you are familiar with the Bible, you know that this sort of thing isn’t that far-fetched at all. The truth often is stranger than fiction.

And finally the “How to” secret:

Live a life of love! Know Jesus! Be obedient and cultivate a life of prayer! Ask to experience God for yourself and keep on asking! Seek the Lord with all your heart and keep seeking! Paul writes to earnestly desire spiritual gifts. Dreams and visions from the Lord are part of what he has for his kids.

The Bible says happy is the man who does not condemn himself by what he approves. We have to be careful. I will tell you again, going out-of-body without the unction and moving of the Holy Spirit is extremely dangerous!  The Bible does warn us of sorcery, witchcraft, and divination. It also warns of necromancy (communicating with the dead). That is likely to happen as the dead will often be the ones to greet you if you aren’t under Christ’s protection and guidance. They will also deceive you. The demons have manufactured all sorts of lies (alien visitations, star seeds, etc..) they are peddling to anyone who will listen. Any old lie will do if it keeps you from coming to and fully surrendering to Jesus Christ. Their agenda is against Christ. To marginalize and ignore him. But if you care about truth at all you can’t afford to ignore the One who is Truth (John 14:6).

Yes, I have been told that what I am teaching is dangerous and scary. Yes, I certainly hope it is dangerous and scary… to the enemy and all the dark forces! Dangerous to the kingdom of hell that surrounds us!

So yes I am in favor of doing this with and in submission to the Holy Spirit! Wouldn’t it be awesome to see an army of missionaries teleporting and spirit traveling around the planet lighting fires wherever they go ministering to the lost and hurting and broken out of their union, fellowship, and partnership with the Lord Jesus Christ and Holy Spirit?

I just want to close again with this Scripture:

“In the last days,’ God says, ‘I will pour out my Spirit upon all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy. Your young men will see visions, and your old men will dream dreams.” Acts 2:17 NLT

UPDATE!!!

The same day I posted this a friend of mine who is in active ministry called me up and told me they listened to some testimonies on this subject (you can find some on YouTube). They told me that right after they listened to it and then lost themselves in some worship songs they were “caught away by the Spirit.” I know this will be hard for some of you to believe unless you are already familiar with this sort of thing, but she found herself in a jungle in Ecuador ministering to a young girl who was alone and sobbing on a jungle trail. She was instructed by Jesus about her situation and what to do to comfort her. Right after that she was whisked away to Vietnam to comfort a young boy who was cold in a hut and very afraid.

Perhaps someday soon, you will be called upon to be someones angel as well. Even as I write that I realize how important our service to one another in the “ordinary” day-to-day world is. We DO get to be God’s angels (divine messengers) everyday to a very hurting world – most of whom won’t and can’t relate to you if you start talking about spirit travel and teleporting… so lets keep it our little secret. So let’s continue to tangibly love and serve our neighbors with God’s love!

—–

Again, If you wish to read my articles that led to the biblical framework for my thinking, don’t forget to read:

I hope this opens your eyes and heart to how big God is – “With God, nothing is impossible” and “Nothing is impossible for those who believe” ~ Jesus said. We ought to love and accept all our brothers and sisters in the faith, no matter how strange or eccentric. I want to impress upon you the need for being grounded in God’s Word. There is a great deal of deception out there and we live in perilous times!

As always, don’t hesitate to challenge me on any point! Ask me questions. Remember? I need you! You might just need me too!

“Seek the Lord while you can find him.
Call on him now while he is near.
Let the wicked change their ways
and banish the very thought of doing wrong.
Let them turn to the Lord that he may have mercy on them.
Yes, turn to our God, for he will forgive generously.”
~ Isaiah 55:6-7

Teleportation and Spirit Travel – Part 2

This is Part 2 of a blog series by Daniel Lovett, a musician, writer, and follower of Christ. It was first featured on his blog, DanielLovett.com If you haven’t read it already, check out Part 1 here.

In the last blog post I explored teleportation in Scripture.

We looked at how it has happened on many occasions throughout Scripture by the Spirit of God and, if you choose to believe the reports of believers who have experienced it, teleportation continues to happen today at (I believe) an ever increasing rate!

But, teleportation can also be done by the forces of darkness as well. Consider this Scripture when Jesus was being tested in the wilderness:

“Then the devil took him to the holy city, Jerusalem, to the highest point of the Temple, 6 and said, “If you are the Son of God, jump off! For the Scriptures say,
‘He will order his angels to protect you.
And they will hold you up with their hands
so you won’t even hurt your foot on a stone.’”
7 Jesus responded, “The Scriptures also say, ‘You must not test the Lord your God.’”

8 Next the devil took him to the peak of a very high mountain and showed him all the kingdoms of the world and their glory. 9 “I will give it all to you,” he said, “if you will kneel down and worship me.”

10 “Get out of here, Satan,” Jesus told him. “For the Scriptures say,

‘You must worship the Lord your God
and serve only him.’”
11 Then the devil went away, and angels came and took care of Jesus.” Matthew 4:6-11 NLT

So the devil teleports Jesus to the pinnacle of the temple and tempts him to test God by jumping off. Apparently this is a very real temptation for him? And then the devil teleports him to the peak of a very high mountain  and gives him supernatural vision to see all the kingdoms of the world. Worship me, he says, and it’s all yours. He was tempting Jesus to circumvent the cross. As if to say, you don’t have to suffer and die to reclaim this lost world, just worship me.

Jesus responded to the attack both times with Scripture (as the Father gave to him in that moment).

It’s SO important to know God’s Word if we are to survive the testing of the enemy (the written word of Scripture AND knowing the Living Word which is Jesus himself!) I encourage you, as I have many times before in my blog, to be a good “Berean”:

“Now these were more noble-minded than those in Thessalonica, for they received the word with great eagerness, examining the Scriptures daily to see whether these things were so.” Acts 17:11 NASB

Receive the word with great eagerness, search out the Scriptures for yourself!

Have you ever considered that when Moses was sent to rescue Israel from Egypt that for many of the miracles that Moses did, the Egyptian sorcerers could do the same? See Exodus 7!

Aaron, Moses brother, threw down his staff and it became a serpent. The sorcerers threw down their staffs and they became serpents. Somehow it wasn’t all that persuasive to them that Aaron’s snake then ate theirs? The ultimate showdown of power moves begins.

Moses and Aaron use the same staff to turn the waters of the Nile into blood. But, the Egyptian magicians then turned water into blood also. Next a plague of frogs, “But the magicians were able to do the same thing with their magic” (Exodus 8:7).

But listen to what happens next:

“When Aaron raised his hand and struck the ground with his staff, gnats infested the entire land, covering the Egyptians and their animals. All the dust in the land of Egypt turned into gnats. 18 Pharaoh’s magicians tried to do the same thing with their secret arts, but this time they failed. And the gnats covered everyone, people and animals alike.

19 “This is the finger of God!” the magicians exclaimed to Pharaoh. But Pharaoh’s heart remained hard. He wouldn’t listen to them, just as the Lord had predicted.” Exodus 8:17-19

From then on, the sorcerers could not do as Moses did and when the plague of festering boils came:

“Even the magicians were unable to stand before Moses, because the boils had broken out on them and all the Egyptians. 12 But the Lord hardened Pharaoh’s heart, and just as the Lord had predicted to Moses, Pharaoh refused to listen.” Exodus 9:11-12

In the end times Jesus warns that the Antichrist and his false prophet will perform great miracles to deceive if possible even the elect.

“For false Christs and false prophets will arise and will show great signs and wonders, so as to mislead, if possible, even the elect. 25″Behold, I have told you in advance.” Matthew 24:24

So… my point in sharing this is to say that a show of power isn’t everything and to alert you to the fact that we ought not to simply be searching for power. The devil can offer you a measure of that. We ought to be searching for the person of God Himself and to be endued with his power to turn the world upside down as the apostles did in the first century for God’s kingdom of love.

The Scripture predicts that people in the last days will have a form of godliness but deny it’s power. I don’t want that to be me. I don’t want that to be you.

How do we foster and protect a childlike heart that receives the things (or power) of God? How do we continue to walk in faith and freedom and the power of God?

This is your inheritance as a child of God and his promise to you, see Joel 2 below – Which has found its ongoing fulfillment since Acts 2:

The Lord’s Promise of His Spirit
28 “Then, after doing all those things,

I will pour out my Spirit upon all people.
Your sons and daughters will prophesy.
Your old men will dream dreams,
and your young men will see visions.
29 In those days I will pour out my Spirit
even on servants—men and women alike.
30 And I will cause wonders in the heavens and on the earth—
blood and fire and columns of smoke.
31 The sun will become dark,
and the moon will turn blood red ( of course we don’t see this kind of thing happening do we?)
before that great and terrible day of the Lord arrives.
32 But everyone who calls on the name of the Lord
will be saved,
for some on Mount Zion in Jerusalem will escape,
just as the Lord has said.
These will be among the survivors
whom the Lord has called. Joel 2:28-29 NASB

I urge you, as the apostle Paul does, to earnestly desire the spiritual gifts (but most of all Love – PLEASE read 1 Corinthians 13!) in your walk with God just as Paul says in 1 Corinthians 14:

“Let love be your highest goal! But you should also desire the special abilities the Spirit gives—especially the ability to prophesy. 2 For if you have the ability to speak in tongues, you will be talking only to God, since people won’t be able to understand you. You will be speaking by the power of the Spirit, but it will all be mysterious. 3 But one who prophesies strengthens others, encourages them, and comforts them. 4 A person who speaks in tongues is strengthened personally, but one who speaks a word of prophecy strengthens the entire church. 5 I wish you could all speak in tongues, but even more I wish you could all prophesy…”

I was blessed years ago to read these angel’s words in regard to prophecy:

“For the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.” Revelation 19:10 NASB

Or, “For the essence of prophecy is to give a clear witness for Jesus.” NLT

It’s all about Jesus! HE is everything!

“God is love… in whom we live and move and have our being.” (from 1 Jn 4 & Acts 17)

My position is this:

“For the believer, there is not more than Jesus to discover and experience, BUT, there is more OF Jesus to discover and experience!”

Now, I must admit, I got just the tiniest bit of flak for my post on teleportation and spirit travel. I can understand why this would freak people out.

When I was exploring visions in Scripture I was seeing that sometimes their spirits were leaving their body! Many would call this “astral projection” (I have no history, as some of my readers might, that would cause that word to be a negative trigger – I mentioned it once which I will refrain from using from now on. I realize now that it is needlessly provocative. I am SO sorry for my carelessness and recklessness of some of my wording.)

So when I was teaching people to prepare their hearts and minds for a vision from the Lord Jesus, I was strongly suggesting – and kind of geeking out over the fact – that this just might mean you have an out-of-body experience! And to realize that as you seek the Lord it’s ok and not automatically “from the devil” if that were to happen!

“Oh no! Daniel is teaching people how to astral project!”

That’s what some likely heard. But, that was not my intent at all. This is what the Bible actually says happened to so many saints and prophets and apostles! (Ezekiel, Paul, and John)

What a sad state the church would be in if it were to reject and judge people for believing the Bible! Thank God that isn’t the case! Have you ever read something in the Bible and thought that most people (even other believers) will find what you had just read as simply unacceptable? Sometimes we can’t wrap our minds around the reality what the Bible is actually saying. This has been true about me for most of my Christian life until the Lord started to open my eyes.

The day I started this blog five years ago was because the Lord started opening my eyes in fresh ways to how “real” he is! (Read my first blog for yourself if you want.)

God has made me to be an writer. I know that. He has gifted me in this and in my desires and interests in the supernatural as well. I am glad for who he made me! I am happy to be who I am! I feel his smile and favor upon me. He has made me confident in my relationship – my friendship – with him. If you want to know how to arrive at that place of confidence I would be delighted to share my journey with you! Much of that journey is captured right here in this seven-year long blog.

I didn’t give myself my first life altering vision. I wasn’t seeking a vision. I was just seeking and loving Jesus, fresh back from a life of backsliding and going the devils way. The visions (and mostly dreams – night visions) have helped me immensely along the way however and so I don’t belittle them as some do and I don’t believe it’s wrong to seek them. I think we need to. I often ask for dreams from God and that I would remember them.

It is hard being here on this planet. The Lord is the master at striking a balance between keeping you grounded and present for your mission here AND giving you just enough of heaven along the way to keep the smile always on your face. I was beaming yesterday as this thought crossed my mind.

At the age of eighteen I came back to Jesus because he gave me a dream and showed me my life in five or so years time. The corruption and pain from remaining on the devils path that I saw was too great to bear and so I called up my mom who had been praying for me and asked to go to church with her!

God used a dream/vision of my future to bring me back to himself! Six months later I had an extraordinary supernatural experience with the Lord. It seemed to me that he took my spirit on a time travel. At least that’s my geeky way of interpreting what I experienced. The experiences of and with the Lord continue and I’m SO thankful for each and every one!

Stay tuned. Keep seeking Jesus with all your heart! Stay immersed in His Word and in fellowship and in prayer! And be free!

Don’t forget to read Part 1 here, and also the original Part 3 of his blog will be found here next week!

Teleporting and Spirit Travel – Part 1

This is part 1 of a three-part blog series written by Daniel Lovett, a musician, writer, and follower of Christ.  It was first featured on his blog, DanielLovett.com, on August 27, 2015.  Parts 2 and 3 of the series will be shared here in subsequent links as well.  Enjoy!

Spirit Travel? Teleporting? Say what!?!? Isn’t this just the stuff of science fiction?

Well, you might be surprised to learn that teleporting and spirit travel is throughout the Bible and is an ability that God has and will still sometimes employ for those in service of the King, Yehoshua (aka Jesus)… and sometimes maybe just for fun! God is a Happy and fun-loving God!

I came to soon realize after exploring this topic that this is apparently a controversial subject among Christians and some react quite negatively toward this idea of being able to travel through space (and time!) either as a spirit or even in a physical body. I thought I would just share what the Holy Scriptures have to say on the subject to alleviate the fears and concerns that some may have about this topic of Teleportation and Spirit travel. I expect that even the most staunchly conservative people will have to submit to God’s Word on this one?

We will explore in this blog how the prophets, saints, and the apostles experienced spirit travel and teleporting and how this just might become your experience as well as you grow in fellowship with the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

There are numerous places in Scripture where we see people being teleported or translated while others travel great distances as a spirit in what I like to refer to as “Spirit travel”. The apostle Paul didn’t know whether he was in the body or in the spirit on some of his spiritual adventures. This is often what is meant by “visions” in the Scripture – you go into the spirit realm and are shown spiritual truths in wild dreamlike pictures, ever read the book of Revelation? (These prophetic visions must be tested by the standard for all truth! God’s holy Word!). Visions are to be expected among all of humanity really and most especially by his children:

“It will come about after this
That I will pour out My Spirit on all mankind;
And your sons and daughters will prophesy,
Your old men will dream dreams,
Your young men will see visions.
“Even on the male and female servants
I will pour out My Spirit in those days.” Joel 2:28-29 NASB

“Those days” were initiated when the outpouring of the Holy Spirit began at Pentecost. (See Acts 2)

It was Jesus who said, “With God all things are possible for those who believe.” Teleporting and spirit travel are just some of those “things” possible through faith by the Spirit of God. There is no limit to what God can do!

I am aware that this sort of thing isn’t on most Christians radar at all, and if they have heard of it they will likely reject it outright without a second thought and label it “new age” or some such nonsense. This seems to be what most people do when they are afraid. But will we wrestle through the Word to see if these things are so, like the Bereans did?

“Now these were more noble-minded than those in Thessalonica, for they received the word with great eagerness, examining the Scriptures daily to see whether these things were so.” Acts 17:11 NASB

Let’s dive in and see for ourselves what the Scripture has to say:

Scriptures on Teleportation:

1 Kings 18:10-12

“ As the Lord your God lives, there is no nation or kingdom where my master has not sent to search for you; and when they said, ‘He is not here,’ he made the kingdom or nation swear that they could not find you. 11 And now you are saying, ‘Go, say to your master, “Behold, Elijah is here.”’ 12 It will come about when I leave you that the Spirit of the Lord will carry you where I do not know; so when I come and tell Ahab and he cannot find you, he will kill me, although I your servant have feared the Lord from my youth.”

So, does this prove that Elijah had teleported? Well, Obadiah, the man speaking here believed that Elijah could be or had been carried away by the Spirit (teleported). Interestingly I had heard of a story of this very thing happening to a Christian leader in the church in China who was surrounded by the police at a conference.

John 6:16-21  (NASB)

“Now when evening came, His disciples went down to the sea, 17 and after getting into a boat, they started to cross the sea to Capernaum. It had already become dark, and Jesus had not yet come to them. 18 The sea began to be stirred up because a strong wind was blowing. 19 Then, when they had rowed about three or four miles, they *saw Jesus walking on the sea and drawing near to the boat; and they were frightened. 20 But He *said to them, “It is I; [my footnote says, or: “The I AM is here”] do not be afraid.” 21 So they were willing to receive Him into the boat, and immediately the boat was at the land to which they were going.”

So the boat immediately arrives at the destination when Jesus entered the boat. They were only three to four miles across an eight mile wide lake. Pretty wild!

Acts 8:38-40  (NASB)

“And he ordered the chariot to stop; and they both went down into the water, Philip as well as the eunuch, and he baptized him. 39 When they came up out of the water, the Spirit of the Lord snatched Philip away; and the eunuch no longer saw him, but went on his way rejoicing. 40 But Philip found himself at Azotus, and as he passed through he kept preaching the gospel to all the cities until he came to Caesarea.”

This is by far one of the most clear passages about teleportation. Philip, a man full of faith and the Holy Spirit, is translated by the Spirit thirty miles North. I see absolutely no reason that anyone who is full of faith and the Holy Spirit, would not at some point possibly experience the same. Do you?

I find it baffling that people can accept that Philip was teleported, but that it could not happen today? Instead I think that signs and wonders and miracles and supernatural experiences of God will increase in the end times. God is still pouring out His Spirit on all mankind (Acts 2) and I choose to believe what Jesus said in John 14:

“Don’t you believe that I am in the Father and the Father is in me? The words I speak are not my own, but my Father who lives in me does his work through me. 11 Just believe that I am in the Father and the Father is in me. Or at least believe because of the work you have seen me do.

12 “I tell you the truth, anyone who believes in me will do the same works I have done, and even greater works, because I am going to be with the Father. 13 You can ask for anything in my name, and I will do it, so that the Son can bring glory to the Father. 14 Yes, ask me for anything in my name, and I will do it!”

God didn’t have to spare Philip the thirty mile walk. Perhaps he did this just for the sheer fun of it? How playful and fun is God with his kids? My experience tells me it’s a great deal more than we think.

2 Corinthians 12  (NASB)

“Boasting is necessary, though it is not profitable; but I will go on to visions and revelations of the Lord. 2 I know a man in Christ who fourteen years ago—whether in the body I do not know, or out of the body I do not know, God knows—such a man was caught up to the third heaven. 3 And I know how such a man—whether in the body or apart from the body I do not know, God knows— 4 was caught up into Paradise and heard inexpressible words, which a man is not permitted to speak. 5 On behalf of such a man I will boast; but on my own behalf I will not boast, except in regard to my weaknesses. 6 For if I do wish to boast I will not be foolish, for I will be speaking the truth; but I refrain from this, so that no one will credit me with more than he sees in me or hears from me.

7 Because of the surpassing greatness of the revelations, for this reason, to keep me from exalting myself, there was given me a thorn in the flesh, a messenger of Satan to torment me—to keep me from exalting myself!”

It’s agreed by the experts that Paul is humbly referring to himself in the third person here. He talks of visiting Paradise and hearing inexpressible words. Was he in his body or out of it? He didn’t know.

To keep Paul humble, the Lord allowed a messenger of Satan to torment him! Paul goes on to say he pleaded with the Lord three times to remove it. Christ’s response was, “My grace is sufficient for you.”

Scriptures on “Spirit Travel”:

2 Kings 5:26

“But Elisha asked him, “Don’t you realize that I was there in spirit when Naaman stepped down from his chariot to meet you?””

Elisha was there in spirit keeping an eye on Gehazi his servant. Incidentally my own mother had a similar experience when she once “saw in the spirit” someone stealing something.

Ezekiel 8  (NASB)

“It came about in the sixth year, on the fifth day of the sixth month, as I was sitting in my house with the elders of Judah sitting before me, that the hand of the Lord God fell on me there. 2 Then I looked, and behold, a likeness as the appearance of a man; from His loins and downward there was the appearance of fire, and from His loins and upward the appearance of brightness, like the appearance of glowing metal. 3 He stretched out the form of a hand and caught me by a lock of my head; and the Spirit lifted me up between earth and heaven and brought me in the visions of God to Jerusalem, to the entrance of the north gate of the inner court, where the seat of the idol of jealousy, which provokes to jealousy, was located. 4 And behold, the glory of the God of Israel was there”

Ezekiel is lifted up into the sky by the Spirit and transported to Jerusalem in a vision from God and was taken to the north gate of the inner courtyard of the Temple. He is taken on a journey of about 500 miles as the crow flies from Babylon to Jerusalem. In the phrase “visions from God” indicates me that he is in a spiritual form but taken to to a very real physical place, the temple. I see this as spirit travel. What do you think?

He is shown the idolatry that is persisting in Jerusalem and thus the cause for the coming judgement.

I wonder if any of us would be up for such a vision. To be shown the sin of America and all the detestable things that America has done and the cause for its coming judgement. What if you or I were to be called upon to deliver the kinds of messages the prophets did? Visions are certainly not just fun and games. It is truly sobering that we live among such sin and in an evil culture all around us.

Aren’t you the least bit curious to know what God might speak or show to you? Would you be willing to experience what Ezekiel did? He was called upon to do some downright uncomfortable things as a prophet, like lay on one side for over a year without moving having the same meal every day cooked over dung (the Lord had first told him human dung but Ezekiel talked him into using cow dung). If you want to know why, then please read Ezekiel!

Revelation 4:1-6 (NASB)

“After these things I looked, and behold, a door standing open in heaven, and the first voice which I had heard, like the sound of a trumpet speaking with me, said, “Come up here, and I will show you what must take place after these things.” 2 Immediately I was in the Spirit; and behold, a throne was standing in heaven, and One sitting on the throne. 3 And He who was sitting was like a jasper stone and a sardius in appearance; and there was a rainbow around the throne, like an emerald in appearance. 4 Around the throne were twenty-four thrones; and upon the thrones I saw twenty-four elders sitting, clothed in white garments, and golden crowns on their heads.

5 Out from the throne come flashes of lightning and sounds and peals of thunder. And there were seven lamps of fire burning before the throne, which are the seven Spirits of God; 6 and before the throne there was something like a sea of glass, like crystal; and in the center and around the throne, four living creatures full of eyes in front and behind.”

So here John is in the Spirit in heaven itself witnessing One sitting on the throne in glory. Wow! Interestingly the Shema Yisrael says, “Hear, O Israel: the LORD our God, the LORD is One”. Jesus said, “I and the Father are one” and then Jesus himself invites us into this “oneness” with God!

Ezekiel 40:1-4  (NASB)

“In the twenty-fifth year of our exile, at the beginning of the year, on the tenth of the month, in the fourteenth year after the city was taken, on that same day the hand of the Lord was upon me and He brought me there. 2 In the visions of God He brought me into the land of Israel and set me on a very high mountain, and on it to the south there was a structure like a city. 3 So He brought me there; and behold, there was a man whose appearance was like the appearance of bronze, with a line of flax and a measuring rod in his hand; and he was standing in the gateway. 4 The man said to me, “Son of man, see with your eyes, hear with your ears, and give attention to all that I am going to show you; for you have been brought here in order to show it to you. Declare to the house of Israel all that you see.”

The above Scriptures are just some of the examples of a book (the Bible) that is entirely crammed full of supernatural experiences of God! Dreams and visions and miracles abound! I suppose I like to geek out over what visions exactly are. A vision is happening in the spirit realm and might just involve a trip outside of your physical body (Out of Body Experience). I ask myself what would that be like, to be taken out of your body like Ezekiel was by the Spirit and flown 500 miles to Jerusalem? How was Philip teleported? What was that like?

It would be next to impossible to tell my own walk with God without including how dreams and visions have been such a big part of my journey. It saddens me that there are those in the church who judge and even despise, reject and marginalize those who experience dreams and visions from God – which is a direct result of experiencing the Spirit of God. This MUST STOP! If that is you I am asking you to repent.

Have you experienced a vision or a dream from God? I am here to tell you it’s alright to ask God for them. Don’t let anyone steal your crown, bully or intimidate you from experiencing God for yourself. Keep yourself immersed in the Word of God and keep seeking him!

Could These Be Bread Lines Again?

The following is a guest post from Margie Moorman, sharing a visionary experience she had on January 12th, 2017.  It originally aired on Facebook here.  I hope this blesses and speaks to you as it did to myself and others whom she shared it with.

I was in my kitchen this morning and unexpectedly an angel picked me up and took me by the hand. We ‘flew’ together to a part of the city which I was not familiar with. Suddenly we descended and were on top of a large cliff overlooking thousands of people lined up. Eight across, twelve across, thousands of people. I was puzzled at what I saw. I stared at the mass of people and the angel asked me. “What do you see?” I’m not sure if it was my spirit, or my carnal mind but I thought “is this a question like Jesus asked the man at Bethsaida?” (Mark 8:23-25)

Then in a moment we were in a different city with the same sight. “What do you see?” He questioned me. I didn’t answer because instantly He lifted me up and we were suddenly hovering over one more massive group of people in yet another city.

This went on for quite some time. We traveled to so many cities, seeing the same sight. The angel and I did not stay only in the United States and North America. We flew on. He brought me to cliffs above cities to see the same sights in Europe, South America, Africa, the Middle East, Asia, then Central America. It seemed a whirlwind, but the angel took me around the world, pointing out the same enormous types of gatherings of people. I was confused. I wanted to know why he had me see all these people.

We ended up on a cliff overlooking an ocean. It was a very calming sight at first, but viewing the ocean and hearing the thunder of the crashing waves caused me to think of the nations and groups of people we had seen. I’m not sure where we were, which ocean I was enjoying with this angel. It didn’t really matter. We were silent for some time. Then the angel asked me the same question again. “What did you see”

I responded to the angel saying “I saw so many people lined up, waiting. What are they waiting for?” I felt foolish answering him in this way, but I continued “it almost looked like I saw the bread lines of times past.” He grinned and then quizzed me “tell me what you know about bread lines”.

I told him I knew that the bread lines in the United States were during the 1930’s. He asked me what that particular time in history was called. I said “The Great Depression” He then put this question out to me. “What else do you know concerning bread lines?”. “I’ve read that there were so many homeless people and they were desperate to survive” I replied.

Suddenly I felt Jesus put His hands on my eyes. My eyes were opened to see what the angel was showing me, and I saw everything clearly. (Mark 8:25)

I exclaimed in a loud voice “Countless numbers of people in this world are desperate! Countless are homeless! Countless are depressed! Countless want to survive! Countless want to be healed and whole!”. Then I gasped “It IS a Bread Line!!!! They are in line for the Bread of Life! JESUS!”

John 6:35 (NIV) “Then Jesus declared, I am the bread of life. Whoever comes to Me will never go hungry, and whoever believes in Me will never be thirsty.”

I knew seeing the places the angel had taken me to were an indication of the many who are waiting for a touch from Jesus, Our Provider. Many have heard of Him and are telling others there is LIFE in Jesus. He sustains us. He frees us from depression. He provides for the destitute. He is the Healer. He calls us to His Home. We are one in Jesus. One with the Triune God. Many have not heard the good news of Jesus, but are seeking and have heard these ‘bread lines’ have the answer. They have come longing to hang on to hope. Longing to hang on to a relationship which is unending. God will never forget the needy.

I was overwhelmed. I asked the angel his name. He answered “Elyacaph”. I started weeping. I asked Elyacaph what I can do. He smiled and said “You have seen. Pray for those you have seen to receive the Bread which came down from heaven. Pray that you step out in the love of Jesus when you see people in the ‘bread lines’. Introduce them to the One who loves them unconditionally, just as they are.’

(John 6:51 NIV) “I am the living bread that came down from heaven. Whoever eats this bread will live forever. This bread is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world.’

Elyacaph continued. “Pray the answer is simple and understood by the ones who come longing and asking questions.”

[Paul and Silas] replied, “Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved—you and your household.” Acts 16:31 (NIV)

The angel went on instructing me. “Pray for the new addition to the family of God to be nurtured and nourished. Pray that the family of God supports each other, adds their strength to these new ones, and loves as God loves”. And he added “I’m here to help”.

I then saw the ‘bread lines’ changing, becoming lines of joy and celebration. I think I squealed with delight. These lines were so long that they intertwined from city to city, nation to nation, tribe to tribe. The family of God was uniting. There were no oceans or seas separating us. We were one in Jesus. We were holding each other. We were taking care of each other. We were loving each other. There was no condemnation. The family of God was rejoicing!

I broke out in songs of thanksgiving. I bowed my head and raised my hands. “My Papa God! This is what You are longing for!”

The angel named Elyacaph patted me on the back and said “you have seen well”. I was immediately back in my home, standing alone in my kitchen. I believe I was transported forward in time, seeing the Bride of Christ coming together, manifesting in wholeness and love.

Note: I later had to look up the spelling of Elyacaph’s name. I was hoping I had heard and pronounced it correctly when he told me. It means “God increases the family”. My God will gather in those that seek Him!

John 10:28 “I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; no one will snatch them out of My hand.” (NIV)

2 Peter 3:9 (The Message) “ Don’t overlook the obvious here, friends. With God, one day is as good as a thousand years, a thousand years as a day. God isn’t late with His promise as some measure lateness. He is restraining Himself on account of you, holding back the End because He doesn’t want anyone lost. He’s giving everyone space and time to change.”

Weeping Statues – An Uncommon Miracle

This post is about weeping statues.  Some cry tears that have a fragrance with them–roses or other flowers.  Others cry oil or even blood.  While some might say this is demonic in some way as many of the statues that have miracle-tears are of Mary, Jesus’ mother,  I suggest another perspective.  Those who have statues of Mary do so because they venerate her in a place of honor as Jesus’ mother, and she is an integral part of their prayer life and relationship with God.  While Virgin Mary doesn’t play a role in my own prayers, God is kind and good and chooses to visit people in ways that speak to them, not in ways that always might speak to me.  As we enter this Christmas season, consider that all of us have been blessed in some way by Mary’s role in Jesus’ life, and that God may still choose to honor her by revealing His miracles to people through her in these days.  The purpose of this site is to look at and honor heavenly miracles wherever they may be found and whatever they might look like, even if it offends our own understanding of what we believe God will and will not do.  Watch the videos below with an open mind and see the wonders of God.

Virgin Mary Statues Weeps Fragrant Tears

The video below is a “Beyond Science” documentary short looking at whether this is real or not, and it’s a reasonable question.  I personally believe that each of us must decide and discern individually what we believe is and is not real, and that which is or is not from God, and regardless of what the anyone else says or beleives.  We are to pray and ask God what He says about it.

Angels Appear!

It is always encouraging when we see visible signs of the invisible realm around us.  The Bible tells us in Hebrews 11:3 that, “by faith we understand that the universe was formed at God’s command, so that what is seen was not made out of what was visible”.  These angels caught on camera are a visible reminder to us that God has invisible servants all around us that minister to us, protect us, and even bring healing from His throne in heaven.  Be blessed and encouraged as you watch these videos where Angels Appear!

5 Amazing Angels Caught on Tape

*Note: Please keep in mind that the footage of the being who teleports the man in a cart out of harm’s way from a truck is a video game advertisement for a game released in China a few years back, but because the footage is so realistic it has fooled people for years.

Shepherd Bushiri prays for his congregation to have their eyes opened to the angelic realms, and as the crowd gets touched by heaven, the cameras show angels caught on film standing in a line, as well as a few other ones dotted throughout the congregation.  The visitation starts at around 2:32.
